FF&E Project Coordinator – Contract Sector

IROCO Design is currently seeking a team member who is passionate about creating spaces that bring our clients’ concepts to life.

We collaborate with designers and architects across a wide range of projects, including F&B, hospitality, office, commercial, and public spaces. Our team provides seamless support from ideation to installation, sourcing furniture and design solutions from around the world to deliver thoughtful and inspiring environments.

Job Description

You will be involved in every stage of the sourcing process, supporting both the sales and operations teams. Once a project is secured by the sales team, you will take ownership as the account manager for the project, identifying and sourcing the most suitable design solutions to meet the client’s concept, functional, and budget requirements.

You will work closely with designers, architects, suppliers, and manufacturers from around the world to curate furniture and interior solutions aligned with each project vision.

After the sourcing process is finalized, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing collections from multiple suppliers, including shipment schedules, logistics arrangements, delivery coordination, and installation support to ensure smooth project execution from procurement to completion.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Detail-oriented with excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in FF&E procurement, interior design, sourcing, or related project management is preferred.
Native-level Japanese proficiency required; business-level English proficiency preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Ability to coordinate with international suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Passion for furniture, interiors, architecture, and spatial design.
