After a two-year pause, Clerkenwell Design Week was back bigger and better, welcoming a host of inspirational showrooms and featuring more exhibitions than before.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62464 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/texaa.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"857\" height=\"565\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62462 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/jam.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"847\" height=\"565\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We hit the roads and alleyways of this historic part of London, excited to get to see so many new designs up close, to sit in on talks, and workshops and to meet the designers behind the brands. Here are some of our favourite finds.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike traditional lighting brands, XAL\u2019s unique lighting designs aren\u2019t linear. Made with highly flexible, food grade silicone, their unique JANE design bends and twists into any shape chosen shape, simulating lianas in a jungle.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62466\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/recep1-300x273.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"250\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62468\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/recep2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"444\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Combining the natural world with the concrete one Cindy Lilen Studio\u2019s uses natural fibres to create intricate decorative lighting pieces. Using creation, femininity, and nature, the brand is venturing out into new and beautiful territory.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62472\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/comb1-243x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"206\" height=\"255\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62474\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/comb2-243x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"206\" height=\"255\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62476\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/comb3-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"255\" height=\"255\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A standout was The Marl Pit\u2019s stunning installation using Ketley Quarry tiles from architectural practice Szczepaniak Astridge. The multi-sensory experience could be seen, heard, touched, smelled, and moved across and was the backdrop to a fabulous evening bar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62478 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/bar.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"835\" height=\"578\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Inspired by Hayon\u2019s travels to Thailand and selected specially by the Spanish designer, the premium upholstery fabrics in distinctive colourways and fabric pairings accentuate the chairs\u2019 frame and cushions to full effect for Fritz Hansen\u2019s new collection.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62480 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/collection.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"980\" height=\"742\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/collection.png 980w, https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/collection-300x227.png 300w, https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/collection-768x581.png 768w, https:\/\/iro.cxuat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/collection-600x454.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With many of IROCO\u2019s brands present at the show and more brands that IROCO will bring to Asia, keep an eye on what we will be introducing to the collection.<\/p>\n<p>Clerkenwell Design Week was a huge success and IROCO was privileged to be present to follow infamous pink trail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IROCO\u2019s teams have been busy this summer, browsing the exhibitions and showrooms in Clerkenwell and meeting leading interior brands across 10 exhibition venues, to bring you the latest furniture launches from around the world.
